Current vacancies >

Coronavirus update: The health and wellbeing of our staff is hugely important to us and all our staff are now working from home. We are continuing to recruit however, so please check out the list of our current vacancies. We’ll hold all interviews remotely. If you are successful, and join us during the coronavirus outbreak, you’ll need to work at home until the restrictions are lifted.

We’re looking for people who are as passionate about our vision and mission as we are, who can bring fresh thinking and creative solutions to the organisation and the work we do.

We believe that the quality of a child’s education shouldn’t depend on where they were born.

At Ambition Institute, you’ll be part of a bold organisation that uses evidence-informed thinking and a system-wide network to develop excellent teachers and school leaders, and make a positive impact to the lives of disadvantaged children.

A diverse environment

If you think you’d be suited to one of our roles we’d love to hear from you regardless of age, disability status, ethnicity, gender, religion or sexuality. As an organisation, we’re committed to equality and strive to create a diverse and inclusive working environment.

We have a range of internal networks set up to support the well-being of our staff, providing a safe space to share opinions, perspectives and experiences with colleagues, as well as running educational sessions and developing actions for positive change within the organisation.

There is such great provision for catering to people's needs in the way that there are wellbeing groups, mental health groups, LGBT groups, women's groups and EDI is something that is on the forefront of everyone's mind; from how we treat current staff, to when we recruit staff, through to recruiting participants to our programme.” – Jessica, Events
