Director of Marketing and Communications

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an expert, senior leader in marketing and communications to help us take Ambition Institute’s reach and brand to the next level.

Every other job advert might promise “this is an exciting time to join us” – but it couldn’t be more true of Ambition in 2021.

Professional development for teachers and school leaders has never been more important. It’s a major pillar of the education sector’s plan for recovery from Covid-19, and one of the best-evidenced ways to close the gap for disadvantaged children.

As we kick-off the next academic year we’re aiming to welcome more than 15,000 educators to our 12 high-quality development programmes. Are you the person to help us reach them?

If you have a passion for social justice to match your exceptional expertise in the full marcomms mix of marketing, digital, PR and content, then we would love to hear from you.

For more details, please refer to the detailed Job Description and Person Specification in the Job Pack, available in the Downloads section of this page.
