Consultancy opportunities

One of the best ways we can support teachers and school leaders is by involving external consultants, for example as coaches or facilitators. These consultants bring valuable real-life experience, helping to shape the design and delivery of our programmes.

What do we mean by external consultants?

We're looking for a range of knowledge and experience in external consultants. You might be a serving teacher, someone with senior leadership experience, or someone who has recent or extensive experience in a particular educational domain or pedagogy.

Live Vacancies

Excellence in Reception Teaching – Facilitator

This National Professional Development (NPD) programme is designed to deepen early years pedagogical knowledge and strengthen practice using practical, research-based approaches. Participants will be experienced teachers who are or will be teaching Reception year in a mainstream school.

We’re looking for passionate educators with strong early years knowledge to join us as facilitators. If you have at least three years’ experience teaching Reception or leading early years in mainstream schools, and a commitment to professional growth, we’d love to hear from you.

Leading Enhanced Provision – Facilitator

We are looking for Facilitators to deliver the 12-month Leading Enhanced Provision Programme which has been designed to equip school leaders to design, implement and improve their school’s enhanced provision. It's designed to ensure pupils with SEND receive effective, targeted support within mainstream school.

We’re looking for experienced senior leaders who have experience of setting up or running an enhanced provision or equivalent within a mainstream setting to join us as facilitators. If you have a passion for ensuring all pupils thrive regardless of their background coupled with enhanced provision and SEND strategy within a mainstream setting we would love to hear from you.

Our consultancy recruitment process

The recruitment process across our consultancy agreements involve;
- Signing of a formal contract upon successful application
- Completion of two professional reference checks
- Review of all necessary policies as outlined in the consultancy agreement, e.g. safeguarding
