Our leadership team

Hilary has held a range of senior positions in the Civil Service, including more than a decade at the Department for Education, leading Civil Service Learning, and leading the Government Equalities Office. She is a school governor, and helped set up an outstanding secondary school in Lambeth.

Marie leads our Strategy and Impact division overseeing all programme design, our research and insights functions, and our organisational strategy and planning.

Natalie leads all of our programmes, including our nationwide Initial Teacher Training, Early Career and National Professional Qualifications. She has held several senior roles across public services, including within the NHS and policing. Natalie also serves as a trustee of a primary academy trust.

Stephen leads on all recruitment, sales and fundraising at Ambition Institute. Stephen previously worked in international education before going on to lead recruitment and sales teams in both the corporate and charity sectors.
