Our leadership team

Hilary has held a range of senior positions in the Civil Service, including more than a decade at the Department for Education, leading Civil Service Learning, and leading the Government Equalities Office. She is a school governor, and helped set up an outstanding secondary school in Lambeth.

Marie leads our Strategy and Impact division overseeing all programme design, our research and insights functions, and our organisational strategy and planning.

Natalie leads our nationwide Early Career Framework and National Professional Qualifications programmes. She has held a number of senior roles across public services, including within the NHS and policing. Natalie is also a trustee of a primary academy trust.

Yalinie leads our Programme Delivery division at Ambition, which includes overseeing our Teacher Training programme and our targeted suite of programmes. Yalinie previously worked as a science and maths teacher, and as a senior school leader in Melbourne (Australia) before going on to lead the design and delivery of professional development programmes for tutors, teachers and school leaders across England.

Stephen leads on all recruitment, sales and fundraising at Ambition Institute. Stephen previously worked in international education before going on to lead recruitment and sales teams in both the corporate and charity sectors.
